In the TV & Film industry its important to stay active on social media, keeping upto date with technology and what shoots are going on around you. If you see a shoot advertised and you don't see sound crew needed, try reaching out and asking where are you getting your sound from... I can provide that service to you. When you see people post about shoots they've done or projects that have happened and were a success or someone else's success, congratulate them and show your support, that comment of positivity could be seen and your name could stay in their heads for future projects. When you're on a project also take photo's but not showing what is being filmed or any cast just showing what you are doing and of yourself to show you are working and passionate about what you do. it'll show others you are happy, enjoying your work and are skilled enough to get hired.
